Slice Correction, Part 1

All advice will be worded for right handed players. Reverse it if you're left handed. Slicing can be caused by many different things, including combinations of mistakes. When your clubhead approaches impact, the ball will slice if the clubface is facing to the right of the direction that the clubhead is traveling.
Take your next couple of practice sessions to focus on starting your backswing by turning your hips, torso and shoulders to your right. Allow your arms to follow your body on the backswing. Let your arms stay relaxed throughout the entire swing. In the early stages, if you try to swing hard, you will create too much tension and all bets are off.

Practice this until next weeks tip which will take us to the next adjustment.

My next tip will be posted by Tuesday night 11/24
